How it Works
A comprehensive product database with full details of Manufacturer, Part#, Prices, Pictures, Specification sheets etc.) enables selection of items to be included in a quote. Items can be selected individually, in bundles or through a graphical quote configurator. Customer details can be obtained automatically from Outlook, most CRMs or Accounting systems. All quotes can be emailed (pdf converter included), faxed or printed with cover letters, terms and conditions and literature. Quotes can also be hosted online with a URL sent to your customer for review and digital acceptance. An approval process is available for quotes that fall below a predefined margin or go above a certain value.
The result: A sales pipeline based on actual Quotes, which have unique reference/revision numbers, securely saved on your Server, updating most CRMs and back-office systems automatically!
