MCS showcases their next generation resource planner software for hire businesses at the Executive Hire Show 2014

MCS, recognised leaders in rental software with over 500 customers worldwide, will be showcasing its new Resource Planner tool which improves visibility and utilisation of a hire businesses’ resources, at this year’s Executive Hire Show 2014.

With the MCS-rm Resource Planner, hire staff can allocate the most suitable resources, such as drivers, onsite engineers, workshop technicians and even vehicles to the job, and then view and amend resource allocation via the visual graphical schedule and simple drag and drop technology. This enables a hire company to avoid over booking resources, account for planned leave or servicing, ensure the best resources are assigned to the task and accurately forecast future resourcing needs.
