With Goldmine 2015 being released next month, we have enjoyed testing the beta version and are excited to offer significant enhancements to the Web Client. There is also official compatibility with the latest Microsoft products, including Windows 10 – here is a preview on what to expect:

WHAT’S NEW OR CHANGED IN GOLDMINE WEB 2015.2

GoldMine Web has a new responsive layout that is touch-sensitive and provides easy navigation to key elements. You can now access GoldMine functionality from your web browsers on desktop, tablets or smart phones. Whether working in the office, in the field, or at home, users can access GoldMine Web to add, view, or edit contact data and to schedule, update, or complete activities and opportunities. Our modern design is similar across all platforms or browsers so users are able to work efficiently no matter their location or method of access.

Main menu
* Access: Contacts, Activities, Opportunities pages
* Actions: Schedule Activity, Add Contact, Add Opportunity

* Opportunities: search by name

Contacts
* Primary fields: Click to call phone/fax numbers
* Links list: View document name, file path, creation date of links not protected from logged in user; view/download files
* Pending list: View activity reference; filter by activity type and user
* History list: Filter list by activity type and user
* Additional Contacts list: Click to call phone numbers; click to send email by default mail client

Activities
* List: Complete Activity
* Tasks: View/complete pending Opportunity tasks
